Two Michelin starred chef

Chef Paco Pérez gained a reputation for excellent cuisine in his Miramar restaurant in Llança, Spain on the Costa Brava. Recognized with five Michelin stars (two at Enoteca, two at Miramar Llança and one at Cinq, in Berlin), his cuisine reflects the essence of the Mediterranean Sea. He joined Hotel Arts to lead Enoteca in the spring of 2008, bringing his expertise in Catalan’s finest gastronomic cuisine straight from the Costa Brava.

Arzuaga Navarro

Bodegas Arzuaga is a family wine cellar sited in what professionals and journalism call “The Golden Mile” in Ribera del Duero and in Quintanilla de Onésimo (Valladolid). Since 1987 the group runs two prestigious wine cellars: Arzuaga, in Ribera del Duero, and Pago Florentino, in Ciudad Real, which are considered among the fourteen “Grand Cru” of Spain.
Bodegas Arzuaga values its traditional and natural elaborations with no addition of pesticides, chemicals, yeast or Bactrians; and by keeping all the character of the private vineyards, Bodegas Arzuaga is considered as one of the most awarded wine brands in Spain.
Recently developed a whole line of Wine tourism, Bodegas Arzuaga wines have been represented in 40 countries and 4 continents worldwide.
